Up to 8 hours of bespoke 1:1 support to review Covid-19 risk assessments and implement simple changes to bring you in line with the latest guidance. Experienced, personable, industry experts will run through the ‘customer journey’, providing practical business planning, operational, communications and training advice. This support is available for businesses with up to 50 employees in certain sectors with premises in Hertfordshire.
The support is delivered by expert advisors from M Assessments who are able to provide industry-specific advice and best practice built up through years of running advisory visits, quality schemes and mystery shopping visits across the country. The friendly informal sessions can be either delivered face to face, virtually or a mix of both and the 8 hours can be split over a series of sessions depending on how much support is needed.

Who is eligible for a free consultancy visit?
To be eligible for the free advisory visits, businesses must meet the following criteria:
- Premises must be based in Hertfordshire
- Business must be consumer facing or have at least 10 staff regularly working on site
- They must have less than 50 employees
- They must operate in one of the following sectors:
- Accommodation & food services
- Arts, Entertainment & Recreation
- Retail
- Hair, beauty & close contact services
- Professional services
- Administration, IT & other office-based services
- Manufacturing
Should the programme be oversubscribed, businesses will be prioritised based on the following factors:
- Those that have been referred by local authority Environmental Health teams.
- Businesses that operate in the most high-risk consumer facing sectors:
